Hollywood Casino Aurora today unveiled the first look at its celebrity-led dining experience, Sorella by Giada, revealing new details that will define the highly anticipated restaurant. In partnership with celebrity chef and entrepreneur Giada De Laurentiis, the restaurant delivers refined classic Italian dining infused with modern California influence. 
Sorella by Giada will feature a robust menu of pastas, steaks and more, including house-made pasta prepared live in a central open kitchen. Signature menu items will include Giada’s famous lemon spaghetti, table side chicken parmesan and bacon wrapped dates. 

The restaurant will feature:
• Approximately 170 seats available for dining, including a private room and outdoor seating 
• Contemporary bar design featuring a comprehensive wine selection, including personal favorites of De Laurentiis
• Modern, fresh design elements, including warm wood tones and authentic Italian tiles to create a high-end, yet comfortable experience

De Laurentiis brings a culinary expertise reflecting a mastery of technique and creativity combined with the finest ingredients to create amazing dishes and experiences. She currently owns and operates two restaurants in Las Vegas, and a third restaurant in Scottsdale, Ariz. She has authored 11 cookbooks, including her most recent release “Super Italian: More than 110 Indulgent Recipes Using Italy’s Healthiest Foods.”  De Laurentiis also partnered with Hollywood Casino Joliet to open a complementary restaurant, Sorellina by Giada, at the new land-based property that opened in August 2025. Both Hollywood Casino restaurants are De Laurentiis’ first in the Chicagoland region.
